Customers who want to leave reviews for TrueCheck Certified businesses must verify their identity and their financial interaction with the company. They do this by uploading official ID documents and evidence of purchase, which are checked by our team.

Every customer review is verified by the TrueCheck team before being published on the platform. Reviews that do not meet our standards for objectivity, truthfulness and transparency will be rejected.
